Biography
Proper-T began his career in 1992, when he was one of the pioneers of the Little Rock rap scene, releasing his first extended play titled "Out Grow The Streets," with production by Steven Porch and keyboard master "Piano Man." In 1995, he released his second extended play titled "No Fear."[3]
