Precoro (founded in 2015) is an American cloud-based procurement and spend management software company. Its platform supports the procure-to-pay (P2P) process.

History

Precoro, inc. was founded in 2015 in Brooklyn, New York, by Andrew Zhyvolovych. The company initially launched its software application as a digital purchase order and request tool.[1] Later, it expanded the platform to include inventory tracking, supplier management, and invoice automation.[2][3]

In 2025, market research firm International Data Corporation (IDC) recognized Precoro for its AI enabled procure to pay applications.[4][5] That the same year it was certified as a B Corporation by the non profit organization B Lab.[6] In June 2026, the company established an application programming interface (API) integration with the financial automation network BILL.[7][8]

Services

Precoro provides procurement automation software that supports the procure-to-pay (P2P) process, including requisition management, purchase order processing, supplier management, inventory tracking, invoice reconciliation, and budget controls.[9][10] The platform is used by mid-market companies, including organizations with multiple legal entities.[2]

The software uses real time validation to check transaction values against pre-defined corporate budgets. It blocks requisitions that exceed specified fiscal limits. Precoro uses AI and machine learning, for document processing, document matching, and spend anomaly detection.[11] The software has security protocols that include role based access controls and compliance audits under SOC 2 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) frameworks.[7]
