Porvasal is a porcelain tableware manufacturer based in Chiva, in the Province of Valencia, Spain. Trading under the corporate name Porcelanas del Levante Siglo XXI, S.A.[1]
Porvasal was founded in Chiva in the early 1990s.[2] It filed for insolvency in 2012 and settled with creditors in 2016.[3][4]
The company was liquidated in 2019 and sold to International Crane and Equipment Company (Icecsa).[5] It filed for insolvency again in 2022, and was sold once more in 2023, this time to Armenian investors.[6][1]
In December 2025, Porvasal made a bid to buy La Cartuja Pickman, another Spanish porcelain maker, but lost out to a rival offer.[1]
Porvasal manufactures porcelain crockery for the hospitality (horeca) sector. Reported clients have included the restaurant chains VIPS, Ginos and McDonald's, and the hotel groups Iberostar and Barceló.[1]
