Otoconsult is a Belgian medical software company headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium.[1][2] The company develops clinical data management software for ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialists and audiologists.
Otoconsult was originally incorporated on 28 March 2007 as Otoconsult NV, a Belgian public limited company based in Antwerp.[3] In 2023, the company was restructured under a new legal entity, Otoconsult BV, incorporated on 31 May 2023.[4] The original NV entity was formally dissolved in 2024.
Audiqueen is Otoconsult's primary clinical data management platform, designed for ENT and audiology practices.[5][6] The software integrates with diagnostic hardware from multiple manufacturers, including audiometers, tympanometers, otoacoustic emission (OAE) devices, and vestibular and rhinological equipment, and centralises results into a single network-accessible digital record.
Supported diagnostic modalities include pure tone audiometry (PTA), speech audiometry, otoacoustic emissions (OAE), auditory brainstem response (ABR/BERA), tympanometry, vestibular assessments, rhinomanometry, and endoscopic imaging. The platform supports connectivity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and allows data export for clinical research purposes.
Earlier products developed by Otoconsult, including FOX, A§E, Otocube, and Accolado, are no longer supported or distributed.
Otoconsult serves ENT clinics, audiology practices, hospital ENT departments, cochlear implant centres, and hearing aid dispensers.[7] The company operates in Belgium and has a presence in international markets.
