In December 2020, Oponeo.pl S.A. acquired 100% of Rotopino.pl S.A. from TIM S.A. for 35 million PLN.[5]
The transaction was preceded by a clearance decision by Poland's competition authority (UOKiK).[6]

In a 2024 analysis, Parkiet reported that the Oponeo group posted 868 million PLN in sales revenue in H1 2024 (up 10% year-on-year), and 28.4 million PLN in consolidated net profit.[9]
The same article quoted a PKO BP analyst estimating Oponeo's share of Poland's passenger-car tyre market at about 36% (estimate), and its online share above 50% (estimate).[10]
In February 2026, Parkiet reported preliminary figures for Dadelo's turnover in 2025 (442.5 million PLN, year-on-year increase of about 58%).[11]
In 2024 and 2026, the Polish business daily Parkiet published analyses discussing Oponeo.pl and its results and outlook.[12][13]
A December 2025 Puls Biznesu note reported a raised recommendation and discussed selected risk factors (including international operations and restructuring at Rotopino).[14]
PAP Biznes also reported statements and expectations for tyre sales in 2025.[15]
