Net at Work is an American information technology consulting and managed services company headquartered in New York City. The firm provides implementation and support services for enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and human capital management (HCM) software platforms, alongside managed IT and cybersecurity services, primarily serving middle market organizations in North America.[1]
History
Net at Work was founded in 1996 by Alexander Solomon and Edward Solomon in New York City. The company initially provided network infrastructure and IT support services before expanding into business application consulting and software implementation for ERP and CRM platforms.[2]
In September 2022, private equity firm Lovell Minnick Partners made a growth investment in Net at Work to support a national expansion strategy encompassing both organic growth and acquisitions.[1]
Beginning in 2023, the company undertook an active series of acquisitions focused primarily on expanding its ERP consulting capabilities. Acquisitions in 2025 included Ohio-based e2b Teknologies (January), AppSolute Consulting Group (August), the Acumatica practice of Advanced Solutions & Consulting (September), and LLB Partners, a Philadelphia-area ERP consulting firm (October).[3][2]
In January 2026, the company acquired Kansas-based Network Computer Solutions, expanding its managed services operations into the Midwestern United States.[4] Later that month, Net at Work acquired Boston-based BHE Consulting, extending its ERP expertise into construction, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution verticals.[5]
