Milan Duggal (born August 8, 2009), better known by his online alias Miloprocool, is a Belgian YouTuber and Roblox developer. He is a prominent figure in the local gaming community of Ostend and serves as a head administrator for Pokemon Go Oostende en omstreken, the largest Pokémon Go community on the Belgian coast with 2000+ members. Additionally, he is the co-owner of the Ostend-based business SDMD-klusjes, alongside partner Stijn Dendooven.

Miloprocool’s presence on YouTube dates back to March 10, 2009, when his father began documenting his life as a hobby. The first video, featuring Miloprocool just two days after his birth, gained local notoriety in the city of Ostend.

On May 15, 2012, his official YouTube channel was created. However, the channel remained dormant until October 30, 2018, when Miloprocool uploaded his first independent video. His content often features his brother, Aryan Duggal, with the duo producing gaming videos and challenges. After sharing his channel with his elementary school teachers and peers, his popularity grew, leading to the creation of a regional Discord community for youth in Ostend.

Miloprocool joined the Roblox platform in October 2018. While initially using the platform for video content, he eventually transitioned into game development using Roblox Studio. He gained academic recognition when his school began utilizing his Roblox creations as educational tools.
