metaBOF is a software suite designed for processing automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) and related traffic-sensor data. It provides end-to-end handling of reads from cameras and other sensors, storing, indexing, and visualizing detections through a browser-based client to support enforcement, investigations, and traffic-management use cases.[1]
metaBOF is designed to ingest ANPR "reads" and associated metadata from a wide range of camera and sensor types (fixed, mobile, section-control, and other installations), normalize and store the data, and provide search, visualization, and reporting tools via an HTML5 web client. The system supports searches by licence plate as well as by time, location, vehicle make, country, and combinations of those filters, and can be used for legal services, investigations, and traffic applications.
