Alkaya has a career high ATP singles ranking of 321 achieved on 25 May 2026. He also has a career high ATP doubles ranking of 521 achieved on 19 January 2026.[1]
Alkaya reached his first ATP Challenger Tour singles final at the 2025 Islamabad Challenger, losing in straight sets to Jay Clarke. He has won one ATP Challenger doubles title at the 2026 Centurion Challenger.
Alkaya represents Turkey at the Davis Cup, where he has a win/loss record of 1–0.[2]
