Medstreaming is an American healthcare information technology company that provides structured reporting, imaging informatics, and clinical workflow automation for vascular, cardiovascular, neurovascular, and women’s health environments. Its platform combines PACS, workflow tools, and analytics designed to streamline documentation and improve reporting efficiency.^[1]

Medstreaming was founded in 2006 as a cardiovascular imaging and reporting solution. Over time, the company expanded into vascular, cardiac, neurovascular, and other specialty clinical workflows.^[2]

In 2014, industry publication AuntMinnie.com reported that Medstreaming had released enhanced structured reporting upgrades aimed at improving multimedia documentation and imaging workflow.^[3]

In 2016, Medstreaming acquired M2S, a medical imaging and registry software company based in New Hampshire. The acquisition was covered by the New Hampshire Business Review and Endovascular Today as part of Medstreaming’s broader expansion into clinical data management and analytics.^[4][5]

In 2019, GeekWire reported that Medstreaming raised new funding to support advanced healthcare analytics tools for hospitals, specialist practices, and clinical researchers.^[6]

In 2021, Medstreaming and M2S underwent a unified rebranding and began operating under the name Fivos Health.^[7]

In December 2023, Harris Computer Corporation (a division of Constellation Software) announced its acquisition of the Medstreaming software suite from Fivos Health.^[8]

Medstreaming develops structured reporting and imaging workflow solutions used by vascular labs, cardiology programs, neurovascular centers, women’s health clinics, office-based labs (OBLs), ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), and hospitals.^[1]

Key products include:

• Medstreaming Workflow: A structured reporting and PACS system supporting vascular, cardiac, neurovascular, and women’s health service lines, with an emphasis on ultrasound-based diagnostic documentation.
