Jallow was a bronze medalist at the 2022 African Championships in Athletics in St Pierre, Mauritius in the women's 4 x 100 metres relay.[2] That year, she won a gold medal in the women’s 4×100m relay at the 2022 Islamic Solidarity Games in Konya, Turkey.[3][4]
Competing in the NJCAA Championship for Cloud County Community College in Kansas, in the United States in 2025, she broke conference records indoors in 2025, running 7.19s in the 60 meters final and 22.86s in the 200m, breaking records set by Veronica Campbell-Brown in 2002.
