Keith Community Radio (KCR) is a community radio station operating in Keith, Moray.
Transmissions of Keith Community Radio started on 17 February 1986,[1][2] operating as a hospital radio station with additional links to serve care homes and a community centre.[3] The station ceased broadcasting on 27 February 1993.[4]
The station was relaunched on 27 October 1997 as a local opt-out of Moray Firth Radio on its FM frequency in Keith, airing between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with an additional section on Sundays between 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. for religious output.[5][6][7] On 1 April 1998, the weekday slots added an extra hour each, starting at 7 p.m.[8]
In 2014, the station started broadcasting on a separate frequency.[9]
Keith Community Radio was given the King's Award for Voluntary Service in 2025.[10][11]
