Jay Flats is an American television host, actor, comedian, and audience warm-up performer. He is known for his work as a live event host, touring game show presenter, and sports arena host. Flats has worked in television, live entertainment, and touring productions throughout the United States.[1]
Career
Flats has worked as a host, actor, and audience warm-up performer in Los Angeles for more than two decades. He has appeared in television productions including Hell's Kitchen and Hairspray Live! and has hosted a variety of live entertainment events.[2]
In 2025, Flats was announced as one of the hosts of Wheel of Fortune LIVE!, the North American touring stage version of the television game show Wheel of Fortune. He shared hosting duties with television personality Mark L. Walberg during the tour.[3]
Flats has also served as an announcer for the Harlem Globetrotters and hosted the in-flight game show The Game Plane.[4]
In sports entertainment, Flats spent multiple seasons as an in-arena host for the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League (NHL).[5]
