IntouchCX

IntouchCX is a multinational business process outsourcing (BPO) company headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Founded in 2000, the company provides customer experience management and contact center services internationally.[1]

The company was formerly known as 24-7 Intouch before adopting the name IntouchCX in 2023.[2]

History

IntouchCX was founded in 2000 by brothers Greg Fettes and Jeff Fettes in Winnipeg, Manitoba. During its early years, the company focused on contact center services as businesses increasingly adopted online customer support and digital communication channels. According to the Winnipeg Free Press, the founders emphasized digital channels such as live chat as part of the company's early business model, distinguishing it from traditional voice-focused contact centers.[3]

In 2018, the company had approximately 6,000 employees across 14 locations internationally, with operations in the United States, Guatemala, Jamaica, and the  Philippines, in addition to multiple facilities in Winnipeg.[4] During this period, the company also opened operations in Colombia and Greece.[5][6]

During the early 2020s, the company continued its international expansion while making several acquisitions. In 2020, it acquired Knoah Solutions, a business process outsourcing provider with operations in India. According to Nearshore Americas, the acquisition expanded IntouchCX's operations into India.[7] The following year, it acquired Goodbay Technologies.[8] The acquisition expanded the company's technology capabilities.

In January 2023, the company rebranded from 24-7 Intouch to IntouchCX.[2]  Later that year, the company opened operations in Cairo, Egypt.[9] In February 2024, the company acquired Mexico-based contact center company Beliveo.[10] The acquisition expanded the company’s operations in Latin America.

In January 2025, IntouchCX acquired WebPurify, a provider of content moderation and trust and safety solutions.[11] The following month, media reports stated that IntouchCX planned further expansion in the Philippines, where it has operated since 2016.[12]

Awards and Recognition

IntouchCX was included in Forbes’ Best Employers for Diversity ranking in 2022 and its America’s Dream Employers ranking in 2025.[13][1]

In 2024, IntouchCX won a Gold Asia-Pacific Stevie Award for Most Innovative Contact Center of the Year and received 10 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards.[14]
