I understand the concerns raised regarding the availability of sufficient independent, in-depth sourcing, as well as the relatively short period since the previous article was deleted. I do not intend to resubmit the draft in its current form.

Should substantial new independent coverage become available in future, I may revisit the draft and consider whether the sourcing would support a new submission at that stage.

I have reviewed the deletion discussion and attempted to address the concerns raised, particularly around notability, sourcing and promotional tone. Hyve Group (formerly ITE Group) is a UK-headquartered company that organises trade exhibitions and conferences. The company was listed on the London Stock Exchange from 1998 until 2023, when it was acquired by Providence Equity Partners and Searchlight Capital Partners and taken private. In 2026, the Financial Times ranked Hyve as the world's eighth-largest events organiser.^[1]

Hyve Group was co-founded as ITE Group in 1991 by the Shashoua family.^[2] It initially organised trade exhibitions connecting businesses in the former Soviet Union with companies in other markets.^[3]

ITE Group went public in 1998 and was listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.^[3][4] By 2011, the company specialised in events in the former Soviet Union, with seven of its ten largest exhibitions held in Russia.^[5]

In 2014, ITE acquired Breakbulk, a trade-show operator. The Financial Times reported that the acquisition reduced the company's dependence on the Russian market.^[6]

In 2018, ITE acquired seven events from Ascential for £300 million. The transaction included Spring Fair, Autumn Fair and BETT.^[7]

The company changed its name from ITE Group to Hyve Group in 2019.^[8] Later that year, Hyve acquired the US retail and grocery events Shoptalk and Groceryshop for £111 million.^[9]

In April 2022, following Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Hyve proposed selling its Russian business. The company cited compliance and operational difficulties arising from Western sanctions on Russia.^[10]

In March 2023, Hyve agreed to a takeover by Providence Equity Partners and Searchlight Capital Partners. The Guardian reported that the deal valued the company at £481 million.^[11] The acquisition was completed in June 2023, after which Hyve became privately owned.^[3][12]

Between 2024 and 2025, Hyve acquired several conference and exhibition businesses in the healthcare, retail, education, supply-chain and marketing sectors. These included HLTH, POSSIBLE, Manifest, Behavioral Health Tech, GSV Summit LLC and Health Grown Advisory Network.^{[3][13][14][15][16][17]}

In June 2026, Hyve Group agreed to be acquired by the American private-equity firm Hellman & Friedman in a transaction valued at approximately US$1.8 billion. The acquisition was expected to be completed by the end of 2026.^[1]

Hyve Group organises trade exhibitions and conferences.^[18] In 2024, the Financial Times reported that the company operated approximately 30 events, primarily in Europe, the United States and the Middle East.^[3] Its event portfolio includes Shoptalk, HLTH, BETT, POSSIBLE, Manifest and the ASU+GSV Summit.^[19]
