Homesearch (legally Homesearch Digital Limited) is a British property technology company that operates the property search website homesearch.co.uk and supplies property listings data and software to estate agents in the United Kingdom.^[1]

Homesearch Digital Limited was incorporated in London on 10 December 2018.^[2] The company began testing its property-data platform in 2019.^[3] Its early products combined residential property data with market-tracking, reporting and prospecting tools intended for use by estate agents.^[4]

Homesearch subsequently completed a £5 million Series A funding round led by Octopus Ventures.^[5]

In September 2025, Homesearch launched HAILO, an abbreviation of Homesearch AI Listings Optimiser. The product was developed to make estate and letting agents' property listings more accessible to artificial-intelligence search services, including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini.^[6][7]

HAILO uses property information supplied through estate agents' existing customer relationship management systems and listing feeds. The information is structured and supplemented with property data so that AI systems can interpret and surface individual listings and the associated agency contact details.^[8] The system was initially reported as being integrated with CRM platforms including Reapit, Dezrez and Salesforce.^[9]

At its launch, It was reported that more than 2,000 estate agency branches had joined the service.^[10] By October 2025, this was reported to have increased to more than 4,000 branches.^[11]

During 2026, Homesearch continued to expand HAILO as consumer property-search services increasingly adopted conversational, natural-language interfaces.^[12] In May 2026, the company said that HAILO was processing approximately 250,000 property listings and was connected to 3,555 estate agency branches.^[13] It also reported that listings processed through the platform had generated more than seven million Google impressions and 197,000 visits since January 2026.^[14]

In July 2026, Homesearch stated that HAILO-covered listings were available across approximately 89 per cent of postcode districts in the United Kingdom.^[15]

HAILO structures estate agents' property listings, drawing on Homesearch's underlying property database, so that they can be more easily surfaced by AI-driven search tools rather than only conventional property portals.^[16][17]
