Hafex (born Arif Abdullayev) is an Azerbaijani record producer, DJ and songwriter from Baku, Azerbaijan. He is known for producing electronic music in the deep house, afro house and chill house genres. His music has been released through several international record labels, including Ultra Records, LoudKult, Gahara, Paraíso, ChillYourMind and Magic Music.
Career
Hafex began releasing electronic music in 2017. His early releases gained attention on streaming platforms and led to collaborations with international artists.
In 2025, he collaborated with Edward Maya on the single Konto. [1]
His music has been released through Ultra Records, LoudKult, Magic Music and other electronic music labels. [2]
The single Intihask became his most recognized release and received significant attention on streaming platforms and radio.[3]
His best-known release, "Intihask", attracted a large international audience across streaming platforms and YouTube. The track has accumulated millions of streams, received more than 3 million Shazam search and has reportedly been broadcast on radio stations more than 200,000 times worldwide. [4]
Hafex has collaborated with artists including Edward Maya and Danish singer Pade. His releases have appeared on labels such as Ultra Records, LoudKult, Gahara, Paraíso, ChillYourMind and Magic Music.[5]
He is the founder of the independent electronic music label Static Palms.
Hafex's productions have received support from DJs including Armin van Buuren and Andrew Rayel.[6]
His music has accumulated more than 150 million streams across digital streaming platforms and more than 300 million YouTube views.
