Draft:Flagright

Flagright is a financial technology company that develops software for anti-money laundering compliance and financial-crime monitoring. Its software includes transaction monitoring, customer risk scoring, case management, and screening tools used by financial institutions.[1][2]

History

Flagright is a Singapore-headquartered financial technology company that provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. The company participated in the Y Combinator startup accelerator.[3]

In June 2022, Flagright launched a transaction-monitoring product with usage-based pricing. The product was initially marketed to startups requiring financial-compliance infrastructure.[2]

In March 2025, the company raised $4.3 million in seed funding in a round led by Frontline Ventures. Existing investors included Y Combinator, Pioneer Fund, and Moonfire Ventures.[1][4]

In June 2026, Flagright raised $12.5 million in a Series A funding round led by Infinity Ventures. Sella Direct Ventures, Frontline Ventures, and Y Combinator also participated.[5][3] Tech Funding News reported that the funding was intended to support expansion in the United States and further development of the company's artificial-intelligence tools for financial-crime investigations.[3]

Software

Flagright's original transaction-monitoring product allowed users to configure thresholds and actions based on customer profiles and risk categories. It combined automated monitoring with human review rather than operating as a fully automated system.[2]

By 2025, the company's platform included real-time transaction monitoring, customer risk scoring, automated case management, and anti-money-laundering screening.[1] In 2026, Tech Funding News described the platform as also incorporating watchlist screening and governance workflows.[3]
