Digit'Ed is a professional training company,[1][2][3] controlled by Nextalia SGR[4][5] and owned by Intesa Sanpaolo bank.[6][7][8]

History

The company was founded in 2022 from the merger of Intesa Sanpaolo Formazione[9] and Altaformazione.[10][11] In the same year, it is signed a strategic partnership with Treccani[12] for the development of qualifying training courses, acquiring 49% of the share capitale of Treccani Academy.[13][14]

It is active in the field of healthcare training with the acquisition of Accurate[15][16][17] and in legal training and public competition preparation with Scuola Greco Pittella.[18] The group also includes the management training company 24ORE Business School[19][20][21][22] founded in 1994 by Il Sole 24 Ore, the human resources management company Human Age,[23][24][25] the founded training institution Galgano Informatica[26][27] and the training company of the Bonifiche Ferraresi group, FieldEd Spa.[28][29]

Today, the company is the training partner of credit institution such as Intesa Sanpaolo,[30][31] Banca Ifis[32] and Bper Banca (Unipol Group),[33] and energy companies such as Ludoil.[34][35] It collaborates with LinkedIn Italia to create skills development programmes.[36]
