Cypho Oracle Music

Sipho Peter Jembere, known professionally as Cypho Oracle Music and iShona lenkosi, is a Zimbabwean singer, rapper and songwriter from Hwange who is based in Victoria Falls. He began his music career in 2013 and has released numerous singles, with his music receiving radio airplay and chart exposure in Zimbabwe. [1]

Early life

Sipho Peter Jembere was born in Hwange, Zimbabwe. He later moved to Chinotimba in Victoria Falls, where he became active in the local music scene. [1]

Jembere began pursuing music professionally in 2013. He has described music as a form of self-expression and said that he both sings and raps. [1]

Career

Jembere began recording music in 2013. According to an interview published by The Chronicle in February 2024, his early development was influenced by Otrizy P of the Lyric Squad Crew, who helped him improve his lyrics and encouraged him to pursue music. Jembere said that he released his first recorded song, "Heavy Pot", in April 2013. [1]

By February 2024, Jembere said he had released approximately 20 singles rather than a full-length studio album. His music had received exposure on Zimbabwean radio, including Breeze FM and Chart Rockers. [1]
