Companies MadeSimple (registered as Made Simple Group Ltd ) is a United Kingdom company formation agent and business services provider based in London. The company provides services related to the incorporation and administration of UK companies and is able to submit incorporation applications to Companies House through electronic filing arrangements.
History
Companies MadeSimple was founded in 2001 by Howard Graham. The company developed an online platform for submitting company formation applications and providing related compliance and filing services.[1]
In January 2018, Companies MadeSimple was acquired by Moneypenny.[2] It continued to operate under its own brand following the acquisition.[3][4]
Services
Companies MadeSimple provides services including company formation, registered office services, mail forwarding, and company secretarial and compliance support. It also offers virtual office services such as meeting room hire.
Regulatory and trade association status
Companies MadeSimple is listed by Companies House as an authorised formation agent for electronic incorporations and filings.[5]
The company is also listed as a member of ACRA (Association of Company Registration Agents).[6]
Companies MadeSimple is registered with Companies House as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP), which permits it to carry out identity verification checks and submit company formation and filing information on behalf of clients under reforms associated with the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act.[7]
Acquisition by Moneypenny
Moneypenny announced the acquisition of Companies MadeSimple in 2018. Reports at the time described the acquisition as part of Moneypenny’s expansion into business services.[2][3][4]
