From 1995 to 2012, Lewis was a voice and news reader for Deutsche Welle (DW),[citation needed] Germany's public international broadcaster. Her work as a documentary narrator and news reader for DW-TV reached audiences in over 60 countries. She has provided voice-over for global campaigns including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Apple, and Lufthansa.
Lewis is a narrator for publishers including Penguin Random House, HarperCollins, Macmillan, Simon & Schuster, Hachette Book Group, Tantor Media, and New Directions.[2] She has narrated over 350 titles across literary fiction, historical nonfiction, science writing, and corporate training.
