Bruce McCorry (Born June 17 1953) was born in 1953 to Teresa Deorio,and John McCorry,and is the youngest of 4 children. He married in 1974 to Donna Winer, and had a child named Erica. After his divorce with Donna,and teachings from Grandmaster Jhoon Rhee,in 1978 he started his own martial arts school in Peabody Massachusetts called Bruce McCorry's Martial Arts. In 1994 he married Alice Zaimes,and then divorced her in 1999^[1]to be with Sandra Larosa who was a longtime student of Bruce. In the 1990s, he met the martial artist Helio Gracie. ^[2]In 2011 he lost his father,in 1996 lost ^[3]his brother Gary,^[4]in 2017 lost his mom, ^[5]in 2023 Donna Winer died from 35 years of having a stroke. Also, he lost two neices ^[6]in 2016,and ^[7]2025. In 2023, he celebrated 45 years having his martial arts school.^[8]
