Bookkeeper 360 was founded in 2012 by Nicholas Pasquarosa in New York.[4] The company was established as a cloud-based bookkeeping and accounting service for small businesses.[5][6] The company and its founder were quoted as industry sources in the accounting trade press from the mid-2010s.[7][8]
In 2022, Bookkeeper360 announced a $3.5 million seed funding round.[9][10] In 2025, the company launched a mobile application with an AI-based financial advisory tool, BOLT (Business Optimization Learning Technology).[11][12] As of 2026, the company operates with a remote workforce of approximately 80 employees across 25 U.S. states.[13]
Bookkeeper 360 has appeared in Inc. 5000 lists and Inc.'s Best Workplaces list in 2026. NerdWallte stated among the cons that the service can only work with Xero or QuickBook. Forbes Advisor recommended it particularly for Xero users.[21]
