The game arras.io is a clone .io game of the game diep.io. It is similar to its ancestor, but with more features.
Arras.io has a large variety of gamemodes spread across different servers, so this page will only list a few gamemodes.
Growth is a gamemode in the game Arras.io. Growth is a gamemode that the more points you get, the larger you are. Growth can stack with Arms Race and gamemodes with various maps. In growth, there are three tiers of upgrades, which is the same amount of every gamemode except Arms Race.
With Arms Race, Growth is extremely popular, and is called Growth Arms Race. An example of a Growth Arms Race gamemode is called Growth Arms Race 2TDM. Growth is also present in the gamemode Old Dreadnoughts.

Old Dreadnoughts is a gamemode including Growth. Old Dreadnoughts is also known as DV1, standing for Dreadnoughts Version 1. Newer gamemodes are part of DV2, as well as sandbox. Old Dreadnoughts is based on a game called Scenexe.io.
Old Dreanoughts features bases, the outer regions where smaller shapes spawn, and the inner region, also known as the pentagon nest.
Arms Race is a gamemode that has four tiers of upgrades instead of three. It is popular due to that reason. Arms Race can stack with gamemodes with various maps. In Arms Race, there are powerful tanks that roam around the map.
Team Gamemodes are a type of gamemode in arras.io. There is 2TDM and 4TDM. In 2TDM, there are two teams, each with their bases on opposite sides of the map.
In 4TDM, there are four teams, each in a separate corner or side of the map. For each gamemode, the pentagon nest is the same.
Maze is a gamemode in arras.io. Unlike the other gamemodes, the map is generated with blocks placed in random positions. This makes it more chaotic and raises the stakes in the gameplay. Players can trap others in dead ends and kill them.

Maze also has a variant called labyrinth.
Labyrinth is a special gamemode in arras.io. It features rare shape spawns and dreadnoughts. The dreadnoughts in DV2 are only present in this gamemode. Unlike the other gamemodes, this one can't stack with any other.
Most of the highscores in the entirety of this game are recorded here.
Clan wars is a gamemode where tanks with the same tag are in the same team. A tag is a string of text nested in brackets. A common tag example is [KPK].
Assault is a gamemode where you have to raid or protect the green team's bases and dominators. The green team is protected in a "Bunker", a maze like structure that the blue team has to navigate before getting through and killing the dominators.
For more information, check out the Arras.io wiki in Fandom.
In arras.io, you control a coloured tank. You can control it with WASD or Arrow Keys. You spawn in a map in a base or in open ground. In the centre of each map is a pentagon nest. In the pentagon nest, higher-tier shapes spawn. The main goal is to get as much kills as possible and to get to the top of the leaderboard. You can level up by getting more score.
The leaderboard is displayed on the top right of the screen. In the leaderboard are players and bosses. It shows the top 10 scoring entities. You can kill shapes with your bullets and traps to get more score. You can also kill enemy tanks. You can also upgrade your tank into around a hundred options normally and a thousand in Arms Race.
If you die, you spawn again with your score divided by four. If your score when you died is less than ~100,000, then you spawn back at level 45, or 26,263 score. If your level is more than around 200, then you spawn back with around 402,171 score.
There are a lot of entities in the game arras.io. Without them, arras.io wouldn't even be a game anymore.
Polygons are entities in arras.io. They have a lot of variety. They have rarities ranging from 1 in 3 to 1 in billions.
Modifier 1 defines the shape of polygons. These are the rarities and names of the contents in the modifier:
These are the names and rarities for Old Dreadnoughts-exclusive polygons:
Modifier 2 defines the size of polygons. They are DV2 exclusive. DV2 stands for Dreadnoughts Version 2.

Modifier 3 defines rare mutations of polygons.

Outliers define shapes that are not properly defined with modifiers.
The Player is an entity that you can control.
Bosses are entities that players have to fight in order to get more score. There are several types of bosses, each being stronger than the last.

These are: Elite Crashers, Nesters, Rogues, Mystics, Terrestrials, Celestials, and finally Eternals. [2]
