Aaantonio is a Miami-based singer and songwriter known for music that blends reggaeton, Latin trap, and Latin pop. He was a finalist for Latin Rhythm Song of the Year at the 2024 Billboard Latin Music Awards for his single "El Hotel."[1][2]
Career
Aaantonio is based in Miami, Florida, and has cited Bad Bunny, J Balvin, Rauw Alejandro, and Ozuna as influences on his musical style, which combines Latin urban and Latin pop sounds.[1]
In 2023, he released the single "El Hotel," which received coverage in Latin American entertainment outlets describing it as a fusion of reggaeton, Latin trap, and Latin pop.[3][4]
At the 2024 Billboard Latin Music Awards, Aaantonio was named a first-time finalist in the Latin Rhythm Song of the Year category for "El Hotel," one of a group of newcomers recognized by Billboard ahead of that year's ceremony.[1] The award in that category was ultimately won by Daddy Yankee for "Bonita."[2]
