Chris Soriano is an American actor and filmmaker, best known for writing, directing and acting in the films Almighty Zeus (2022),[2][3] The Wedding Hustler (2023),[4][5][6] and The Master Chief: Part One (2023).[7]

Born to Filipino parents at Naval Medical Center San Diego,[8] and raised in Paradise Hills, San Diego,[9] his films have been noted for addressing issues faced by Asian Americans.[10][8][9]

Production

The film was shot aboard Naval ships in San Diego, California[12] with a local cast and crew.[13] The story is based on the experiences and hardships Soriano's father faced during his time in the United States Navy.[14]

The film was released in theaters on November 10, 2023.[12][15][16]
