Born in Teutônia, Rio Grande do Sul, Krüger started his career with Guarani de Palhoça in 2016.[1] On 4 February 2019, he agreed to join Santos' under-17 squad,[2] but left the club ten days later after alleging personal reasons.[3]
On 12 January 2020, Krüger returned to Peixe on loan for two years, now being assigned to the under-20s.[4] In October of that year, he was promoted to the main squad by manager Cuca,[5] but never featured and later left the club in December 2021 as his loan expired.[6]
Krüger returned to his parent club for the 2022 season, scoring four goals in 11 Campeonato Catarinense Série B appearances as his club failed to achieve promotion. In August of that year, he was loaned to Lajeadense for the Copa FGF,[7] but featured very rarely.
On 29 March 2023, Krüger was announced at Série B side Ituano.[8]
