Arababad-e Khosravi (Persian: عرب اباد خسروي)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Arababad-e Afshar Rural District of the Central District of Chaharbagh County, Alborz province, Iran.[4]

Demographics

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,832, in 466 households, when it was in Chahardangeh Rural District of the former Chaharbagh District of Savojbolagh County, Tehran province.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 1,869 in 647 households, by which time the county had been separated from the province in the establishment of Alborz province.[6] Arababad-e Khosravi was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]

In 2020, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Chaharbagh County. The rural district was transferred to the new Central District, and the village was transferred to Arababad-e Afshar Rural District created in the district.[4]
