Species of gastropod
Alvania maclurgi is a species of small sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc or micromollusc in the family Rissoidae.[1]
Description
The length of the shell attains 1.8 m, its diameter 1.05 mm.

Distribution
This species is endemic to New Zealand and occurs off Chatham Island and Bounty Island.
