He was the president of the Chamber of Commerce of Haiti in the government of former president Michel Martelly.[5] From 1999 to 2011 he was the president of Hainet, one of the internet providers in Haiti.[6] He is member of the founders of the Haitian des Enterprises de Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication (ATIC), a Haitian organization to promote and increase the technology systems.[7][needs independent confirmation]
