In November 2008, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Gerash County;[5] however, six months later, the district was returned to Larestan County.[6]
Demographics
Population
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 104 in 24 households.[7] The following census in 2011 counted 203 people in 43 households.[8] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 173 people in 51 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
