More than 100 flood warnings are in place after heavy rain affects parts of the UK. A major incident is declared in Greater Manchester after some homes are left without running water and people are rescued from cars in floodwater.[1]

4 July – 9 August — Oasis' reunion tour Oasis Live '25 is set to take place across the UK and Ireland with 12 shows in the UK announced (14 in total), starting on 4 July in Cardiff and ending on 9 August in the UK in Edinburgh (The tour will finish in Dublin, Ireland on 17 August).[10]
