Indirect presidential elections are due to be held in Togo in 2025.[1] They will be the first presidential elections since the 2024 constitutional reforms, which abolished direct presidential elections and instead made the president elected by the National Assembly.
Electoral system
Following the constitutional reforms of 2024, the president will be elected by members of the National Assembly and can only serve two four-year terms.[2]
