The 2024 American Athletic Conference men's basketball tournament was held March 13–17, 2024, at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.[1] The winner of the tournament, the UAB Blazers, received the conference's automatic bid to the 2024 NCAA tournament.

Seeds

Teams were seeded by conference record. The top four teams received byes to the quarterfinals.

Tiebreakers were applied as needed to properly seed the teams.
