Ο Χαράλαμπος "Μπάμπης" Δουλγεράκης (γεννημένος στις 13 Δεκεμβρίου 1959, στη Αριδαία) είναι δεξιοπόδαρος Έλληνας βετεράνος ποδοσφαιριστής. Κατά τη διάρκεια της ποδοσφαιρικής του καριέρας αγωνίστηκε ως δεξιό εξτρέμ σε Αλμωπό Αριδαίας, Άρη Θεσσαλονίκης και Δόξα Δράμας.

Ποδοσφαιρική καριέρα

Ο Δουλγεράκης ξεκίνησε να παίζει ποδόσφαιρο στην ομάδα της γενέτειράς του, τον Αλμωπό Αριδαίας με τον οποίο αγωνίστηκε για μια πενταετία στο πρωτάθλημα της Β’ Εθνικής.

Άρης Θεσσαλονίκης

Το ταλέντο του γρήγορα τράβηξε το ενδιαφέρον των υπευθύνων του Άρη, και το καλοκαίρι του 1981 φόρεσε την φανέλα των «κιτρίνων». Την πρώτη του σεζόν (1981-82) αγωνίστηκε ελάχιστα αλλά με προπονητή τον Αντώνη Γεωργιάδη, από το 1982 άρχισε να παίρνει ευκαιρίες και να έχει περισσότερες συμμετοχές. Στον Άρη αγωνίστηκε για 5 σεζόν, έχοντας 68 συνολικά συμμετοχές σε όλες τις διοργανώσεις (62 συμμετοχές και 5 τέρματα στο Πρωτάθλημα, 5 συμμετοχές και 3 τέρματα στο Κύπελλο Ελλάδας, ενώ αγωνίστηκε και μια φορά στο Κύπελλο ΟΥΕΦΑ (στον αγώνα Άρης - Λόκερεν 1-1). [1] Πραγματοποίησε το ντεμπούτο του με την κίτρινη φανέλα στις 6 Σεπτεμβρίου 1981, στο νικηφόρο (με 3-0) εντός έδρας αγώνα της ομάδας του με τη Ρόδο. [2]. Σημείωσε το πρώτο του τέρμα με την φανέλα του Άρη στις 31 Οκτωβρίου 1982, σκοράροντας το δεύτερο τέρμα της ομάδα του στην εκτός έδρας νίκη με 0-2 επί του ΠΑΟΚ.[3]

Δόξα Δράμας

Το καλοκαίρι του 1986 έμεινε ελεύθερος από τον Άρη, για να συνεχίσει στην Δόξα Δράμας, καταγράφοντας 16 συμμετοχές και ένα τέρμα. Η δραμινή ομάδα μεν πάλεψε για την σωτηρία της αλλά τελικά υποβιβάστηκε στην Β’ Εθνική για εξωαγωνιστικούς λόγους, καθώς συμμετείχε στην απεργίας των ΠΑΕ, με αποτέλεσμα στους τρεις τελευταίους αγώνες του πρωταθλήματος να μην κατέβει να αγωνισθεί, με αποτέλεσμα να τιμωρηθεί με -6 βαθμούς. Αυτό είχε σαν συνέπεια να υποβιβασθούν οι τρεις τελευταίες της βαθμολογίας, δηλαδή η Δόξα Δράμας, ο Απόλλων Αθηνών και ο ΠΑΣ Γιάννινα. Τη σεζόν 1987-88, αγωνίστηκε σε 3 αγώνες, στο πρωτάθλήμα της Β' Εθνικής και έπειτα ολοκλήρωσε την επαγγελματική του ποδοσφαιρική καριέρα.
