Ο Λεονάρντο Σπινατσόλα (Leonardo Spinazzola, 25 Μαρτίου 1993) είναι Ιταλός ποδοσφαιριστής ο οποίος αγωνίζεται ως αμυντικός για λογαριασμό της Νάπολι και της εθνικής ομάδας της Ιταλίας.

Ο Σπινατσόλα ξεκίνησε την επαγγελματική του καριέρα από τη Γιουβέντους, όμως δόθηκε δανεικός τις πρώτες του έξι σαιζόν, τρεις από τις οποίες στην Αταλάντα, ενώ αγωνίστηκε επίσης με την Έμπολι και τη Σιέννα. Επέστρεψε στη Γιουβέντους τη σεζόν 2018–19.[5] Το 2019 αποκτήθηκε από τη Ρόμα για 29,5 εκατομμύρια ευρώ.[6] Ήταν μέλος της ομάδας της χρονιάς του Γιουρόπα Λιγκ για τη σεζόν 2020–21.[7] Το 2024 υπέγραψε στη Νάπολι.[8]

Πραγματοποίησε το ντεμπούτο του με την εθνική αντρών της Ιταλίας τον Μάρτιο του 2017.[9] Ήταν μέλος της αποστολής της Ιταλίας η οποία κατέκτησε το Euro 2020. Ο ίδιος ήταν μέλος της ομάδας του τουρνουά,[10] αν και υπέστη ρήξη αχιλλείου τένοντα στον προημιτελικό.[11]
