Η αναίρεση είναι όρος της μουσικής σημειογραφίας που συμβολίζεται με το σύμβολο ♮ και γράφεται μπροστά από το φθογγόσημο και σημαίνει ότι μια αλλοίωση που είχε πριν σε αυτή τη νότα, τώρα δεν την έχει.

Επίσης, χρησιμοποιείται μαζί με δίεση ή ύφεση όταν πριν υπήρχε μια διπλή αλλοίωση, για να αναιρέσει τη μία από τις δύο διέσεις ή υφέσεις, καθώς και η διπλή αναίρεση (συμβολίζεται με ♮♮, δηλαδή με δύο χωριστές αναιρέσεις) όταν θέλει να αναιρέσει μια διπλή αλλοίωση επαναφέροντας όμως τον φθόγγο στη φυσική του θέση.
