Ο Αλεξάντερ Στιούαρτ του Ντάρνλεϊ (απεβ. το 1374), Σκωτσέζος ευγενής ήταν τρίτος γιος του Άλαν Στιούαρτ του Ντέγκχορν. Δέχτηκε με διάταγμα τα εδάφη του Κάμπουσνεθαν από τον Ροβέρτο Β΄ της Σκωτίας (1345), μετά τον θάνατο των δυο μεγαλύτερων αδελφών του κληρονόμησε τις βαρονίες τους στο Κρουίκστον και στο Ντάρνλεϊ, αναφέρεται σε αυτές από το 1371 σαν κυρίαρχος.
