Η Αλέκα Χάμοντ (δανέζικα: Aleqa Hammond, 23 Σεπτεμβρίου 1965-) είναι πολιτικός της Γροιλανδίας, αρχηγός του κόμματος Σιουμούτ από τις 2 Ιουνίου 2009 ως τις 17 Οκτωβρίου 2014. Ήταν η πέμπτη Πρωθυπουργός της Αυτόνομης Περιοχής της Γροιλανδίας και η πρώτη γυναίκα σε αυτό το αξίωμα. Ανέλαβε την πρωθυπουργία όταν το κόμμα της (το σοσιαλδημοκρατικό κόμμα Σιουμούτ) κέρδισε τις εκλογές του 2013 και έλαβε εντολή σχηματισμού κυβέρνησης.

Την 1η Οκτωβρίου 2014 η Χάμοντ παραιτήθηκε προσωρινά από την πρωθυπουργία, καθώς άρχισαν έρευνες για τη σχέση της με οικονομικό σκάνδαλο. Ο Κιμ Κίλσεν ανέλαβε υπηρεσιακός πρωθυπουργός και προκηρύχθηκαν εκλογές για το Νοέμβριο.[3]
