Ο Όσκαρ Σ. Χάιζερ (αγγλικά: Oscar S. Heizer‎‎, 7 Φεβρουαρίου 1868 – 1 Αυγούστου 1956) ήταν Αμερικανός διπλωμάτης, ο οποίος υπηρέτησε από διάφορες θέσεις ως Γενικός Πρόξενος εντός της Οθωμανικής Αυτοκρατορίας. Ο Χάιζερ, ο οποίος διατελούσε Γενικός Πρόξενος στην Τραπεζούντα κατά τη διάρκεια του Α΄ Παγκοσμίου Πολέμου, υπήρξε μάρτυρας της Γενοκτονίας των Αρμενίων, ενώ, σε αρκετές περιπτώσεις, έθεσε σε κίνδυνο την ίδια την ζωή του, προκειμένου να σώσει από τον θάνατο Αρμένιους.[1][2]
