Το εθνόσημο του Βιετνάμ.

Το εθνόσημο του Βιετνάμ βασίζεται στο μοντέλο των συμβόλων του Κομμουνιστικού Κόμματος και περιλαμβάνει ένα κίτρινο αστέρι σε κόκκινο αγρό. Το δρεπάνι και τα σιτηρά εκπροσωπούν τη συνεργασία των γεωργών και το βιομηχανικό μόχθο εντός του κομμουνιστικού μοντέλου. Είναι παρόμοιο με το εθνόσημο της Ανατολικής Γερμανίας και το εθνόσημο της Κίνας. Καθιερώθηκε στις 30 Νοεμβρίου του 1955 ως εθνόσημο του Βορείου Βιετνάμ. Μετά την επανένωση του Βιετνάμ στις 2 Ιουλίου του 1976 έγινε εθνικό σύμβολο.
