Ο Ραλφ Γ΄ του Βαλουά (Γαλλική γλώσσα : Raoul, πέθανε το 1038) ήταν δεύτερος γιος του Βάλτερ Β΄ κόμη του Βαλουά, του Βεξίν και της Αμιένης και της συζύγου του Αδέλας. Ο πατέρας του πέθανε την περίοδο 1017/1024, ο μεγαλύτερος αδελφός του Ντρόγκο του Μαντ κληρονόμησε το Βεξίν και την Αμιένη, ο Ραλφ Γ΄ κληρονόμησε το Βαλουά.[2] Ο Ραλφ Γ΄ παντρεύτηκε την Αλίκη του Μπρετέγ, κληρονόμο της ηγεμονίας του Ναντέιγ.[3][4][5] Απέκτησαν δυο γιους τον Ραλφ Δ΄ του Βαλουά και τον Θεοβάλδο. Ο Ραλφ Δ΄ κληρονόμησε το Βαλουά και ο Θεοβάλδος τα εδάφη της μητέρας του στο Ναντέιγ, ίδρυσε τον Οίκο των Κρεπί-Ναντέιγ. Το κάστρο του Κρεπί μοιράστηκε στους δυο γιους του, τα κτίρια στο εσωτερικό της πόλης τα πήρε ο Ραλφ Δ΄.[5]
