Ο Μαρκ Μίλιγκαν (Mark Milligan, 4 Αυγούστου 1985) είναι Αυστραλός διεθνής ποδοσφαιριστής ο οποίος αγωνίζεται για τη Σάουθεντ Γιουνάιτεντ. Αν και ξεκίνησε την καριέρα του ως αμυντικός, ο Μιλίγκαν στο μεγαλύτερο τμήμα της καριέρας του αγωνίζεται ως μέσος.

Ο Μίλιγκαν ξεκίνησε την καριέρα του από την Νόρθεν Σπίριτ στο Σίδνεϊ και στη συνέχεια αγωνίστηκε στις Μπλακτάουν Σίτι, Σίντνεϊ ΦΚ και Νιουκάσλ Τζετς πριν μετακινηθεί προς την Ασία και τις Σαγκάη Σένχουα και ΤΖΕΦ Γιουνάιτεντ Ιτσιχάρα Τσίμπα. Το 2012 επέστρεψε στην Αυστραλία για λογαριασμό της Μέλμπουρν Βίκτορι.[4] Το 2015 αποκτήθηκε από την Μπανίας ΣΚ για 1 εκατομμύριο δολάρια,[5] αλλά το 2017 επέστρεψε στη Βικτόρι. Στη συνέχεια αγωνίστηκε για τις Αλ-Αχλί,[6] Χιμπέρνιαν και Σάουθεντ Γιουνάιτεντ.

Ο Μίλιγκαν πραγματοποίησε το ντεμπούτο του με την εθνική Αυστραλίας το 2006 και ήταν το νεαρότερο μέλος της αποστολής της εθνικής Αυστραλίας στο Μουντιάλ 2006. Συμμετείχε επίσης στα Μουντιάλ 2010, 2014 και 2018. Ήταν βασικό μέλος της αποστολής η οποία κατέκτησε το Κύπελλο Ασίας το 2015 και ήταν αρχηγός της ομάδας στο Κύπελλο Ασίας το 2019. Συνολικά πραγματοποίησε 80 συμμετοχές με το εθνόσημο, σκοράροντας 6 γκολ, πρωτού αποσυρθεί.
