Το Βόιο (καθ. Βόιον) είναι βουνό της Δυτικής Μακεδονίας και καταλαμβάνει το νότιο τμήμα της Περιφερειακής Ενότητας Καστοριάς. Γι' αυτό το λόγο συχνά θεωρείται εσφαλμένα προέκταση του Γράμμου. Το ύψος του είναι 1.802 μέτρα, το μήκος του 45 χιλιόμετρα και στο μεγαλύτερο μέρος του καλύπτεται από δάση (δασοκάλυψη 80%). Στο Βόιο βρίσκονται οι κύριες πηγές του ποταμού Αλιάκμονα.

Στο όρος Βόιο ανήκει και ο ιδιαίτερος ορεινός όγκος Όντρια. Τα Όντρια βρίσκονται μεταξύ των περιφερειακών ενοτήτων Καστοριάς και Κοζάνης.

Από το όρος Βόιο, το οποίο αποτελούσε και την αρχική εστία κατοικίας και εξάπλωσής τους, πήραν το όνομά τους οι Βοιωτοί,[1] οι Ευβοείς και οι Βοιές (στη Λακωνία).

Το βουνό έχει δάση με βελανιδιές, οξιές και καστανιές. Οι δυτικές πλαγιές είναι ιδιαίτερα απόκρημνες, ενώ οι ανατολικές περισσότερο ομαλές. Στο Βόιο έχουν ανευρεθεί κοιτάσματα χρωμίτη.

Αποτελεί ξεχωριστή περιοχή για περιβαλλοντικούς και πολιτιστικούς λόγους.
