Simit Sarayı ist ein türkisches Lebensmittelunternehmen, das 2002 in Istanbul gegründet wurde. Im Jahr 2010 eröffnete es sein erstes internationales Geschäft in den Niederlanden.[1] 2012 errichtete es sowohl eine Feinbäckerei-Fabrik als auch ein Geschäft in Saudi-Arabien.[2]

Mit Stand des Jahres 2025 betreibt das Unternehmen 426 Filialen in 22 Ländern weltweit.[1]

Im Jahr 2017 wurden 10 % des Unternehmens an die in Saudi-Arabien ansässige Fawaz Alhokair Group für etwa 100 Millionen US-Dollar verkauft.[1] Im Dezember 2019 wurde bekannt gegeben, dass 51 % des Unternehmens von Ziraat Venture Capital übernommen werden.[3]
