Gorfodi dynion i ymuno â llu milwrol, gan amlaf y llynges, yw presio (ar ffurf enw: y près). Y presgang oedd y criw a gipiodd dynion ar gyfer y près.

Cafodd ei ddefnyddio gan y Llynges Frenhinol ar adegau o ryfel o 1664 hyd 1814. Cafodd dynion arferol eu cipio o dafarndai, a chafodd morwyr eu cymryd o longau masnachol. Roedd tua hanner o holl griw y Llynges yn ddynion a bresiwyd. Wrth i amodau a chyflog yn y Llynges wella yn y 18g, nid oedd presio bellach yn angenrheidiol.[1]
