Wedi'i sefydlu yn 1983, mae Pesda Roc wedi profi ei hun i fod yn un o ŵyliau cerddorol mwyaf llwyddiannus Gogledd Cymru. Wedi ei leoli ym Methesda, Gwynedd, mae'r ŵyl wedi croesawu rai o gerddorion mwyaf adnabyddus y Sîn Roc Gymraeg, megis y Super Furry Animals, Meic Stevens, Maffia Mr Huws, a Cowbois Rhos Botwnnog.[1]
