Diwydiannwr Americanaidd oedd Henry Ford (30 Gorffennaf 1863 – 7 Ebrill 1947).[1] Ef oedd sylfaenydd cwmni moduron Ford Motor Company.

Ganed Ford yn Wayne County (Michigan). Cynhyrchodd ei fodur cyntaf yn 1892. Sefydlodd y Detroit Automobile Company, ond methodd y cwmni yn fuan; yna dechreuodd yr Henry Ford Company heb lawer o lwyddiant. Dim ond ar ei drydedd ymgais, gyda'r Ford Motor Company, y cafodd lwyddiant. Cynhyrchodd nifer o wahanol foduron, pob un yn cael ei ddynodi a llythyren, o'r Model A hyd y Model S; ond y Model T a ddaeth a llwyddiant mawr i'r cwmni. Am hwn y gwnaeth Ford ei sylw enwog y gallai'r cwsmer ei gael mewn unrhyw liw, cyn belled a'i fod yn ddu.
