Ffermdy ffrâm bren a godwyd yn y 15g, rhyw filltir i'r Gogledd-Ddwyrain o Rhuthun, Sir Ddinbych, yw Caer Afallen (weithiau: Caerfallen), sy'n adeilad dau-lawr, hynafol, Gradd II*.[1] Cerfiwyd y dyddiad 1492 ar wal allanol, ond mae ei gymeriad pensaernïol yn awgrymu tŷ llawer mwy diweddar, o tua 1600 efallai; mae'n bosib hefyd ei fod wedi’i adeiladu mewn mwy nag un cyfnod. Mae'r ffenestri'n dyddio o ganol y 19g.
